I’m not sure if it was an anxiety attack but I felt something really odd. I had just finished eating an I started feeling warm with my skin feel cool. Areas of skin like forhead and chin and tongue even starting feeling almost tingly like. Heart was racing for a moment and it soon all stopped. I have no idea what happened.

Sounds like an anxiety attack. You ok?
@DitsyDiabetic I thought I was having an allergic reaction due to my tounge being numb, and then I literally thought I was having a stroke because one side of my cheek was numb. I took Benadryl for peace of mind. I’ve had anxiety attacks before and I’ve never felt like that. So, I didn’t know what happened. If I had a allergic reaction I’d be afraid of eating the same thing and having a worse situation.

It could have been an anxiety or panic attack, as some people experience tingling sensations in their face and tongue, warm sensations, and racing heart during such episodes. However, it's important to consult a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation of your symptoms.
