Weird sensation when sleep deprived

Does anyone else experience this phenomenon where—when seriously lacking sleep, or waking from a crash nap—your blood and teeth feel... surreal...? Like, along with the derealization dissociation of the mind, something about the blood in my veins and the teeth as they just sit in my mouth, feels.. different. it just "feels." idk how to explain. reeeeally struggling with alexithymia/lexical gap here. almost like when you suddenly notice your nose or bridge or cheekbones in your visual field. im just like... aware... of this feeling of like... existence in the meatsack. my teeth "feel." i also get a little squirmy bc my muscles are tired as heck (like akathisia from anti-psychotics or zoloft) and my blood feels extra flowy. i sometimes call it "my blood feeling like graphite". i just know this condition as YOU NEED SLEEP RIGHT NOW SHUT OFF YOUR BRAIN AND LAY YOURSELF DOWN trigger but... wish i knew how to describe it...

Hmm, I Get a similar feeling where I can feel my blood moving, my cells moving and my hair doesn't feel like it's connected to me. But I get this feeling mostly when I'm tired and hungry, almost never just tired or just hungry.
