it depends on the cause really. Some people recover and don't know why, especially if it started early. But if it's due to, say, progressive nerve damage like mine, it's not going to go away on its own

Yes i do quite frequently.Especially when i get up to fast or its hot out.

yes with Hyperpots people have very random symptoms. I was diagnosed with a tilt table and catecholamines blood test.
