😫 Howdy! Due to the fact that we suffer from a 'connective tissue issue', as I like to call it 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣, it could possibly be vocal cords, or your hyoid bone. Whatever the case may be most likely it's simply moving out of, and back into, place. Like most other joints or connections, we have dislocations and subluxations quite often with this issue we share! Mine happens to be the CLICKING and GRINDING in my TAILBONE (SPECIFICALLY MODERATE - SEVERE @ LUMBAR/SACRAL betw L5/S1, but L2, L3, L4, & S2 also have MILD - MODERATE degeneration) from the combination of hEDS and Degenerative Disc Disease!
