I don’t eat gluten and I cannot eat or digest brown rice or any gluten-free grains. I’ve tried eating just three meals I won’t sleep at night so I won’t do that again doing what I have to do to sleep. Mostly I have fruit in between meals

Losing weight is hard but I also think you should only have two or three meals. According to recen studies eating every 2-3 hours is not as good as it was thought before. I would recommend also to avoid gluten, that means no bread, pasta or anything with wheat flour. Include more vegetables and for know try to have a Paleo diet avoiding inflammatory foods

This is what I did, but I was eating fairly unhealthy before, and it's still a work in progress. I cut down on beverages with sugars, easy way to cut calories if you drink sugary beverages. And I cut back white and starchy, and replaced it with brown and nutrient/fiber filled like whole wheat, brown rice, quinoa. Whole wheat English muffins are my new favorite thing. 👍🙌 Good luck! You got this!

Weight loss is so difficult. But keeping your blood sugar balanced is the best place to start. Make sure that you have protein every time you eat. It will help you feel full and keep your blood sugar from spiking.

I haven’t lost any weight sadly I’m trying to balance my blood sugar so I can sleep better and that means eating small meals more frequently or eating every 2 to 3 hours a little something and I’m trying to do it with fruit. I really need to lose weight, we walk daily and I try to do it low impact work out as well. Still hoping!!!
