Considering Weight Loss Surgery: Any Suggestions?

I am contemplating weight loss surgery. Before I take this drastic step, is there anything you would suggest trying first?

I had weight loss surgery when I was 40. I gained or all back. I believe it has to do with head hunger and how to stop it. I never changed my life style instead I drank wine and was merry until I was overweight again and people started talking about me. Now my heart is sad and so is my head.😪

I've lost 60 pounds since January using Intermittent Fasting. I downloaded a app called Fast Tracker that has made it so simple to stay on board. Best thing is that when your eating window is open.....you can eat what you WANT! No counting calories, no denying cravings.

If you are like me every thing you were told about food was a lie..Here is a truth. Over 88% of weight that is lost during a diet is expelled during an exhale thru the breath..Exercise is not needed to lose weight.

Hmmmm…. Idk… I would just do the surgery. I had stomach surgery where they removed 1/2 of my stomach due to ulcers. I would def do it again. U have to exercise and change your eating habits or u will gain it all back. The stomach will stretch out again and u will b able to gain it all back
