Hi, Im new (like this is my first day on here), 34f. I have been on my weightloss journey for awhile with some success but not the amount I'd like. I lost 36lbs back in 2020 and gained it all back so starting over. in May I had my gallbladder out which caused me to be very limited on activity for awhile and it's been tough getting back into the swing of things. Just looking for people who can help with motivation and support.

I am in similar boat as you. I had my gallbladder removed January 2020 4 weeks after I gave birth to my first child. Since then weight loss has been really hard for me. I wish you the best of luck! I am cheering you on!

Remember that your set backs don't define your journey!

@stephani1983 thank you. And that's kinda what seems to be the issue, I know I did it before and I can again so I beat myself up when I continue to fail...
