Hello! I’m currently struggling with my weight due to high prolactin levels. Has anyone else here had to deal with this? If so, is there anything that has helped you lose weight while having high prolactin levels? I just can’t seem to shed some of my weight, which has been super frustrating…plus I’m pretty sure I’ve been binge eating which I know is not helpful with this at all, but I feel like I can’t control myself. I eat so much sometimes, which has been more frequent lately, that I feel like I’m going to be sick. I eat so much that it makes me physically uncomfortable, and feel rather guilty if I must say. If anyone has some helpful advice on how to get better about binge eating, and lose weight with both the binge eating disorder, and high prolactin levels, please share! I appreciate any advice!
