I had gastric bypass in 2013 and lost >100lbs. Beginning in 2015, I slowly gained it all back and have added another 50. My disability makes it extremely difficult to exercise much and I went through some terrible depressing during which I was eating massive amounts of chocolate. I'm now starting slowly with a new exercise plan after having a strained hip flexor muscle that was excruciating when I tried to lift my leg. Physical therapy has helped immensely with my hip. I'm feeling quite hopeless in regards to every being able to lose weight again.

Me too. I even had bariatric surgery but gained most of it back. I am embarrassed by this
