Just be patient and don't give up. Keep taking your medication 💊

Medication for anxiety doesn't usually make it all go away, just helps with managing it.

Yes it does take time after a week I noticed change, but it took a good 2 weeks FOR ME, to really adjust and believe the meds were working

The Clonazepam should be helping with day to day anxiety. I took it when I first started Prozac (somewhat similar to Lexapro) and then was slowly taken off it when the Prozac was fully kicked in. It takes over a month for you to adjust to starting an SSRI and for it to start working all the way. If things are starting to get better I would just keep in mind that these types of meds don't work right away

If you're saying that you're worried the medication isn't working, then you should definitely talk with your prescriber! I also went three weeks on escitalopram and it made me feel FAR worse. My doctor took me off of it, and I'm much better without it.

@Chari I have seen a positive outcome on the meds it’s just there is something still wrong. Like a message in the back of my head. Like my anxiety attacks are still there but manageable. Just bothers me I am kind of stuck in a sense and I just want to see more results.
