Weaning off Sertaline - Am I doing it right?

I'm currently on 100mg of Sertaline, and have been since around the start of the year. It was always my intention to have this as a short term thing, im currently breaking my tablet in half as I'm trying to wean myself off. been noticing some head fuzziness (for want of a better word) and slight headaches. am I doing the right thing with weaning?

Have you discussed this with your GP? You're not really supposed to do it without talking to a medical professional first. Idk how many mg they will suggest you wean yourself off at a time
