I have weak and shakey muscles most days, if we're being honest.

Totally, I usually notice it in my hands first, but sometimes my knees just like to stop working properly too šŸ™ƒ

Yes omg- especially when I can anticipate the pain, idk if it’s bc that makes me anxious or from the pain itself. I usually take a hot shower/ bath bc being warm helps my shaking a lot.

Yup. I started losing sensation (pins and needles) across all of my skin about a year ago. The numbness started in my feet, and when it got to my knees, it was like my legs got drunk. Now the sensation issues and pain are all over, and most of my joints will occasionally just.. not.. and I'll fall or I'll drop something, like I almost just did with my phone.

Most definitely. I get weak and my legs/knees give out, and on top of that I've got vertigo. So I've worked with my Landlord and doctor and had grab bars and a raised toilet seat with bars installed. Small changes to my environment but very helpful.
