Weak Limbs After Exercise: Any Advice?

Hello....my question is wondering if anyone else is experiencing really weak limbs after any type of exercise and how you've handled it? It's making me not want to exercise!

To fight the disease I work out with weights not heavy but moderate. I normally do 25 sets a day with 20 minutes on the bicycle I have had the disease for 20 years and I am 72 years old five foot ten inches tall weight 210 I wake up a couple of times a nite to take corbidopa lovidopa

Yes I feel weak after I work out but if you don’t work out soon you will not be able to walk because your muscles will be gone

Always, in gym or running for a short while can tire out my body. Then in the morning after, my body would be really sore and I will have sore legs. It can also happen to me with my arms too.
