Ways to Treat Your Conditions: Medical, Natural, or Social?

I have question for you guys (fair warning cause its an actual conversation) cause someone asked me on here how do you treat your conditions? I have so many the first thing I do is actually research ways of helping myself or what others can do to help me. now I know not everyone is going to help you cause thats just them. but the main goal is focus on yourself and what you can do. the main 3 paths are the medical way like taking prescription medications from your doctor and like everything it has pros and cons to it. like struggling to find the right meds to take it and it can be expensive for a lot of people especially people who can't afford insurance. then there's the herbal or natural way of doing it like taking vitamins teas theres herbs you can smoke (besides weed) that are legal that can help with anxiety and sleep disorders stuff like that even the very food you eat helps (depends on what you eat though) and that has pros and cons to that as well. then there's just simply talking to someone like on this app we talk to one another because we know exactly how that person feels and what they're going through tell me know what you think im curious to know.
