Do a task then reward yourself. Me personally it’s a hit of Marijuana. Stativas are better for doing tasks but once your done with your stuff you feel accomplished and high 🤪

Exercise! (weightlifting, martial arts, boxing) I’ve struggled with body image, but found that exercising to get Strong rather than th*n was the best way to go about it. Day to day life gets easier the stronger you get.
