Exercise! (weightlifting, martial arts, boxing) I’ve struggled with body image, but found that exercising to get Strong rather than th*n was the best way to go about it. Day to day life gets easier the stronger you get.
honestly exercise. its hard to get in the groove but once it becomes a habit it becomes a reason to get up in the morning and it makes me push myself to do better each time
