I am already on medication and undergoing therapy but I want to add on to what I am already doing to help more. What can I do?

Gone they period where I had too much therapy and not enough doing. Like talking about changes but not enough time to really act on it with other life obligations. Made me realize sometimes stepping away from that can be beneficial for a time for me. I’ll always be in therapy as I find a great deal of benefit so I’m not saying stop or that this is actually relevant to your situation but rather sometimes things that seem helpful may not be at certain times and to look at priorities you have currently that don’t feel like are doing enough for you. I would overall say start with what you want to change or how you want to feel and what would help you feel that… start somewhere.
