Concerns about Kidney Problems from Water Pills

Has anyone on water pills for a length of time, developed kidney problems as a result of constant peeing?

I teeter w elevated kidney function so hard to keep it straight .feel really misunderstood... people look at you and say u look so healthy and they have no idea what a struggle each day can be

I take furosemide as needed or when I'm feeling paranoid that I ate too much salt lol

I only use mine when needed. Exercise often helps just as much.
