I feel like everyone is watching me and thinking highly of me. Is this a symptom of schizophrenia or my manic disorder?

I would ask myself why do I think people are watching me and thinking highly of me. If you can’t think of a reasonable answer, then it must be a thinking error that makes you feel this way. Simply shift or struggle with shifting your thinking at that point towards you don’t actually know what people are thinking about you. If you have the guts, ask them. Reality check your thoughts.

Oh yeah. I get the paranoia sure but sometimes I get the pronoia, where I think people are working towards my success. Weird but it happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Silly brain 🧠 🙃
