Hi I was doing the injections and therapies but for me didn't work, it's been 3 months since my surgery. And to be honest, it's good I'm not in the pain like before. Just have a little problem with my legs nerves, but my surgeon told me that could go away in a matter of time.because I took so long to do the surgery. That my nerves where pitched by the disks. I had the Lumbar C1 Thru S1 , basically my whole Lumbar Area.

I do not know if you've tried this already but there are different type of injections that a good pain doctor could try. Depending on the person, it could work for months or a week. I haven't found anything for me yet that works. Although, I am obese so I'm sure if I could lose at least another 100 lbs, I'd be golden. Lol. I've lost 70 so far. It's so freaking hard and it can easily cause depression. Hang in there. I have heard that total hip surgery has done wonders for my friends. It's like they've been given a brand new life Good Luck!! I wish you well!!! 🙂
