Waiting for Therapy Appointment

Hey, does anyone want to have a chat with me? I'm going to start therapy but I still haven't received a letter out to tell me when my appointment is, my GP put in an urgent referral a couple weeks before Christmas and sitting around anxiously waiting is killing me, I haven't been sleeping properly and had to get my anxiety medication increased, I think I just need someone to talk to
