When to up Vyvanse dose?

Hey Vyvanse gang. How did you know it was time to up your dose? I’ve been on the starting dose (30mg) for about 10 days and don’t feel a difference when taking it anymore. How many milligrams are you currently taking? Thanks!

I’m at 70, can’t go higher bc of my body weight. Usually if I don’t have the same motivation to do any work to the point I get a headache, that’s when I know

I am also at 70. I've been at 70 MG since age 10(4th grade). I'm 23 now.

I stopped using Vyvanse a couple years ago but I would know I needed it upped when my hyperactivity or fidgetiness would get worse.

Was on 50 but it started to make me very jittery and 40 seems to be doing really well for me right now. Started on 30 last March.

I have been on 30 for awhile. It helps, but in the late afternoon/early evening I notice that I seem to have a crash kind of effect where I become tired and it's harder to focus. My Dr's and I have considered possibly adding a mini quick acting dose during the middle of the day of something else possibly but we haven't made any changes yet. I'm scared of increasing my dose though because I don't want to have increasing it and it still not be enough. I also don't want to have higher anxiety symptoms because of a higher dose either

Has anyone had any luck with splitting their dose? My doc put me on a “booster” too, but adderal made me extremely angry, and I asked for other alternatives and I’m trying methylphenidate right now.
