Will this medicine get rid of my personalities or silence them? I hope not

It took some dose adjustments but I saw a difference after about a month or so

I’ve been on it for a while and don’t remember when I started but I just had a dose adjustment and I noticed a small change after a week and now a month into it I can really tell the difference
