Voices in my head won't stop

I don't understand. Say there is a celebrity, or an influencer that triggers my mind, they begin talking to me in my head. I experimented with these voices. If I'm kind, in conversation, it can allow people like their significant others into my mind. I have conversations with them. Honestly sometimes it feels like it's against my will. I started smoking, so now all the conversations are based on the guilt I feel for that. I tell them to stop but they don't. If they do and it seems realistic I get scared and question reality. The thing is, the things I talk to them about, come again to me in the future. As if the ideas, concepts, realizations, or experience is actually real and is used and thought of. Sometimes I'm like "this is from me, made by me, learned from me" etc. as I write this I calm down intensely. my last problem are these predictions. I met this person who I have not talked to for a year now. they said they overdosed on mushrooms and tried to commit suicide while in the trip. in my mind, before meeting him again, the voices told me that's what he did. scary realizations like this happen often. if this is spiritual, I want no part of it. mentally, I want to be free. like a contract to the spirit world. (which scares the shit out of me too.)
