Enbrel is my favorite so far! It took my body a while to get used to it but it helps me a lot there’s been a major difference in the stiffness with that.

I did not enjoy methotrexate at all. How’s the enbrel compare?

Currently nothing and I’m ready to die over it. My adult rheumy decided to do a “well we don’t know what’s working or not” crusade when I turned 20 and transitioned over. And now alternates me off and on meds every couple months. I see a new one in February and im anticipating a biologic since that’s what we were considering with the pediatric rheumy

Yeah I’m making phone calls tomorrow- I didn’t even realize they could do that!!! I remember the numbing spray, 😂😂 always a great time.

So they put a long wire up your nose and down the throat to see your larynx which they might do to you! They’ll spray a numbing spray but the nose it doesn’t taste good but you’ll definitely not feel anything when they look at your throat! It can feel a little uncomfortable but it’s not bad and then they’ll tell you to make noises to see how your vocal chords are doing!

Catch me calling my rheumatologist tomorrow!!!!! We did balloon surgery on my sinus’s 7 years ago now and they fixed my deviated septum and yanked a bone spur as well when they did it. What is a laryngoscope? (I’m kinda glad to not know a test for once😂😂)

So I recently learned that RA can causes deviated septum and chronic sinusitis! I’ve done a few laryngoscopes because I get a lot of breathing problems dude to the swelling in my throat

I have chronic sinusitis and today I learned we need to evaluate me to check my chords for my breathing issues!
