I had a VNS placed about 6 months ago and it seems to have helped my post-ictal phase. It also seems to have shortened the seizures, and my recovery time.

I have a VNS since 2018 (wish this app had it as a option under surgery) and it seems to help pretty well with reducing my overall count, one issue though.... When I do anything excerize related it brings up my heart rate and makes it think I'm seizeing which leads to it doing heavy stimulation and closing my throat slightly making me wheeze even if my lungs are fine

I’ve had my vns since 2018 and it’s helped a lot!
