So I normally don't remember my dreams but I've been having some extremely vivid nightmares that keep waking me up pretty early and difficulty falling asleep. previously been in a funk but I feel like that's gone now. not sure if the nightmares or anything is related to my condition or if an episode is going on. if anyone else has any idea or advice I'd appreciate it. this feels a bit silly asking but whatever

I have super vivid and uncomfortable dreams always, since the meds started to work. I'm on Prozac and lamictal, and on occasion hydroxyzine. But both the prozac and lamictal are prone to cause vivid and strange dreams

I was having vivid nightmares, so they put me on Prazosin. It seemed to help
