I think B12 helped with my energy levels. :) Magnesium deficiency can cause fatigue, so I recommend looking into magnesium too.

For me, it's been magnesium lactate, potassium magnesium, Vitamin D, digestive enzymes, a probiotic, and a high-quality multivitamin, among other things (I'm managing multiple conditions).
