Vit B complex, folate, multivitamin, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin D, and collagen powder. I cannot absorb vitamins well from food, so I have to take them and eat right. Otherwise, mang of my conditions get worse.

I take a vitamin d supplement because during some recent bloodwork mine was extremely low (the value was supposed to be 30+, mine was 5). My PCP told me it might help but I don’t feel like it does anything to help my pain. I might be a little less fatigued than I was before? I don’t know. I also take a melatonin supplement to help me sleep. It doesn’t knock me out, it just helps me feel like I’m sleepy when I’m literally not tired at all but I have to go to bed.
