is there a good that I can eat on the go that's rich in vitamin d? I can't stay on my pills per my doctor. she has me on vitamins, for afterwards. but I was wondering if there was something I can snack on throughout the day that might help.

      Vitamin D is often added to milk(it's what D milk is) (and milk alternatives I imagine).

      Yeah no I get it. We're all busy here lol. I don't like how the hard boiled eggs taste in my mouth so I'd have to eat it whole lol. I have the oikos protein yogurts because I have a high metabolism so I need a lot of carbs and protein. I put cheese in my sandwiches whenever I can. And aside from tuna, I like most fish. It's just so expensive. But whenever I can afford it, I'm always eating fish and seafood. It was really helpful. Thank you!☺️ You're very informative!

      Hi 👋 some of what I do is hard boiled eggs, the yolks are high in vitamin d and are travel size for lunch boxes :) Also fish, tuna and herring are all high in vitamin d so meal prepping a fish meal should help but if you can't then go dairy like yogurt, most yogurt is high in vitamin d and most cheeses, especially cheddars :) Orange juice is also high in vitamin d but keep in mind the sugar since that's also high 🤗 Sorry for the long response I hope this helps 🙏
