Feel your sternum. If it's swelled, it's called costochondritis. It's extremely painful & it can be alleviated by lifting your arm over your head and also by using a heating pad over your sternum in that spot. I have lived with it for 20 years already.

Yes, double vision and an inflammatory eye disorder in the right eye. Cutting out sugar completely has helped reduce the inflammation but I still have double vision.
