Experiencing Vision Loss, Numbness and Racing Heart
I've been having these "events" recently. my vision starts to get white and hazy, it gets hard to breathe and my heart starts racing, my hands go completely numb and by the time someone checks my blood pressure it's either through the roof or completely through the floor. it's been as low as 84/42 and as high as 153/117....does anyone have any similar experience? tips?

Does your heart rate jump more than 30 bpm? Do the events happen when you’re standing? Very well could be POTS!

Yes, look up the trifecta. It is most likely you also have POTS as I have both MCAS and POTS as well and many people in the communities have both. Mine is treated with electrolytes, exercise, and beta blockers.
