Vision issues with anxiety

anyone else gets vision issues with their anxiety? i’m even more anxious thinking about this

I had that. I would get dizzy, disoriented, and subsequently confused. Went for MRI . Turned out to be a spasmed muscle in my neck that aggravated the nerves around the ear . All came from anxiety and muscles spasming.
