Does anyone else get visible muscle twitches? I will be lying in bed and then see the muscle move under my skin. No pain, just really annoying.

Honestly a solid chunk of the time I do wait it out, try to keep a steady breathe, and distract myself. My dog does dbt for my Tourette’s and sometimes he does it for this too and even if it doesn’t always help my muscles it always helps my brain 💕

What do you do when it happens? Do you just wait it out?

Pressure helps me so using a ball or something to rub it out. I’ve also had physical therapists or friends sit on my legs for the really big ones.

YES, I get one in my leg that has been happening for years on and off. So weird.
