Does anyone ever get migraines symptoms where they feel no pain but the world is like vibrating through your eyes. Like a bad old television screen that has lights flickering, lines flickering?

I have ocular migraines that usually affect one eye at a time. Sometimes it’s painful but most of the time it just feels like there’s pressure and distorted vision. It kind of sounds like you might have them too.

Yes. Migraines have many symptoms to them not just the pain. And I’m not a doctor but it sounds like you are having ocular migraines. Speak of doctors I would let one know about them if you get the chance.
