Need Help Diagnosing My Vertigo Symptoms

can anyone help me figure out of I have vertigo? Dr's claim they can't find anything but somethings wrong it started 2 years ago and it kinda scares me

      @Jade7871 try to see an ENT, that’s what the ER recommended for me after a bad episode of vertigo. ENT diagnosed virus in my ear and gave me home exercises.

      That sounds like vertigo in some ways. Could maybe be an inner ear thing? It's something I would recommend getting checked out, though. Feel free to message me if you wanna chat further! I know it's scary.

      I'll wake up in the middle of the night feeling like my head is literally spinning in circles like a globe to where I have to grip both sides of my head for a good 10-15 sec. To get my barings...I can dry my hair flipped upside down but if I dont hold my head sideways that same feeling comes back...when I lay flat on my back I have to have my head propped up so that my head doesn't get that crazy feeling...someone suggested vertigo...I don't know
