Anyone tried a vegan and wheat free diet? I'm intolerant to milk, eggs, and wheat (among other things) and also vegetarian and struggling to find tasty things to eat!

That all depends on what food you enjoy. For example, you can take spinach, kale, butter beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, tofu, mushrooms, green beans...fry them off in a wok with standard mixed herbs, salt and pepper, a small amount of cayan or chilli powder. Then add vegetable stock with a small amount of water. But that depends on what you enjoy
Hmm. This is an interesting question, and Im no expert. I did dig into the vegan lifestyle for a bit and I liked how the food made me feel. I did feel constrained a bit. I dont have a lot of tips, but if you found some recipes that intrigued you but limited by those constraints, there are a lot of alternative milk and flours that could possibly work to create flexibility, and with the eggs, flax/chia eggs are always helpful (3 tablespoons water to 1 flax/chia, and soak) for pancakes/waffles, muffin/cakes, cookies, etc. I also did enjoy some recipes for chia pudding and stuff too.
