Hey there! I don’t have any particular vegan recipes as my journey has me on high protein low carb currently. I am not sure if vegan allows for eggs but if yes - I substitute noodles and tortillas with Egg Life wraps.

thank you for your response! Eggs aren’t vegan as they require animal exploitation and suffering, but I do have bean-based noodles and tortillas that are awesome. Plant-based diets can easily be high protein, low carb, by the way, and much better for you and the planet.
