Validating My Feelings: Seeking a Hysterectomy for Endometriosis and PCOS

so I have dealt with endometriosis and PCOS flare ups and so forth for about 3 years and now I am finally back home with my family and have an amazing support system around me, I have also recently gone back to the doctors to try and get some sort of treatment (I have already been seen by 3 different doctors in NSW) and all saying a hysterectomy is the way to go for some sort of relief buttt the doctors I have been seeing in my hometown don't want that, they want me to be "comfortable" with my body, my mother has told me to go the mental health route as I suffer from BPD and other mental issues and she thinks going to a therapist or just someone in general with help me get a hysterectomy. for some content I recently discovered my endometriosis was along the muscles at the top of my uterus and the bottom of my bladder so pretty much what is holding my uterus in place, and I know a hysterectomy is a BIG THING to decide especially at a young age but I am not comfortable with my body and I don't think I ever will be. and I know alot of people will think "oh you might want kids later in life though" but I have recently discovered I have Factor V Leiben maturation and I am unfortunately a carrier so I don't want to bring a human into this world to go through the same struggles I am. So sorry it is a lot to read but I just really want to know if my feelings and thoughts are valid towards my doctor's medical opinion ?
