Does anyone has a knowledge of how vagus nerve dysfunction may be the main cause of panic attacks, vertigos and acid reflux? any natural remedies anyone aware of to stabilize the proper function of the vagus nerve?

This might sound a little weird but try putting an ice pack or a bag of ice wrapped in a towel on your chest. It almost shocks your system into fixing itself for lack of better words, it helps me during some panic attacks šŸ’—

I have done a lot of research been to Dr Er so many times I asked them about this I do t get a straight answer. The only type of answer I got was from a therapist she told me to massage my Vegas nerve .. I have vertigo too try a ear nose throat Doc . Sorry that wasn't much help I wish I had the answer ..
