I do, although I feel like I’ve developed a habit of smoking more than I should over the past year or so which in turn makes me feel a bit of guilt/shame sometimes.

I use a cannabinoid, and it soothes a lot of my symptoms of BPD. I’m much more relaxed and slows down my thoughts and I’ve noticed I get a lot less hostile

I used cannabis for awhile and it was helping 100% with my anxiety. I felt great. If you can go that route I recommend trying it. I know everyone is different and it may not work for you as well as it worked for me. Unfortunately I had to stop because it was going to affect my school — they drug test! So I am trying anxiety medication again.

I don't, but I've been looking into it quite a bit. Is it something that works for you?
