This is going to sound a bit holistic, but I really love teas: you can try chai with added cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, & ginger, ginseng, peppermint & spearmint, fennel, licorice, chamomile, & tulsi (especially useful for ulcers) teas, and also just plain teas (white, black, green) also help, you can try Celestial Sleepytime before bed, ginger ale (I like Seagrams and Vernor's best, I think Canada Dry is too weak and sweet to really help much), milk or honey (especially useful with acid reflux), bread or crackers to soak up stomach acid, or even candied ginger, although you might have to candy it yourself to get a level of sweetness you're comfortable with. Best of luck to you! 🤗

Ginger gel caps or ginger ale work well for me. A lot of great suggestions in this thread.

Smell anything peppermint, carbonated water (like La Croix), regular water, Ginger Ale, snack on saltines/Ritz/goldfish crackers, slow breathing in through nose and out mouth

I personally can't have pepto so here is what I usually do. The smell of eucalyptus, mint, and or lavender essential oils help me. I'll also try to snack on crisp fresh foods like sliced strawberries, cucumber, and bell peppers.
