I was told stress can cause all this too. I've had my Gall bladder removed, which helped with the pain for over 12 months, but now it has returned. The doctor has prescribed antidepressants to see if that lowers the pain.

Did they do an abdominal ultrasound or blood work on your liver enzymes? Please get a copy of your blood work. That type of ache is liver related. I know from experience.
@Micah yep I have had a ultrasound, they were telling me it was muscular but I never had a mri or xray done.i have had blood work done as well multiple times and it's normal
I have that sort of pain with IC (interstitial cystitis), a bladder condition, but it takes some effort to diagnosis. Just throwing it out there
