My daughter had chest pain after hers. They told me before discharge that that was normal and as long as she was able to breathe not to worry, just to give her Tylenol (no aspirin.) The way that you can check if your shortness of breath is anxiety related or an actual struggle to take in air is to look right above the center of your collarbone, in that little dip. If it's visibly pulling inward when you inhale and slowing your breath doesn't help, you probably need to be seen. If it isn't, you're perfectly fine, it's just the anxiety of it all. I have the same issue, if I think something might be wrong I get more and more anxious about it and then I end up thinking the anxiety symptoms are physical symptoms instead 😂 so I have a long list of things to check depending on the symptoms so I can calm myself down.

Yes! After my endoscopy I had neck and throat soreness. I’m sure you could feel sore lower down in the esophagus that can mimic chest pain (like heartburn does) if it gets worse at all fs head in but try and breathe and relax! I hope that your endoscopy comes back with answers!
