My visual snow syndrome gets worse. Visual snow syndrome is a rare condition because of anxiety and other mental health factors that causes static vision, so my vision is like a TV screen that’s loosing signal and getting staticky. It’s because my brain isn’t processing images like everyone else’s, and when I get anxiety, sometimes it’s so staticky that I can’t see. Usually it only happens when I go to get my blood drawn or something because my anxiety gets so high from the anticipation.

I get visual snow and it stays around until my anxiety calms down, so can be around for a couple of months. I am not sure I get it as bad as impacting my vision, but it more apparent in the dark

Sometimes I get a feeling of dread so strong that I just freeze. Decision making becomes practically impossible and I just feel completely trapped in the moment. The more I try to think my way out of it or make a decision the harder it becomes to move or get myself out of the situation.
