Hi, I have been suffering with random untriggered panic attacks for the past 11 years after something traumatic happened the year they started. I have been to the doctors more times then I can count to try and learn techniques of how to control them when they happen. I haven’t met anybody with the same symptoms as me, being itchy and burning hands and neck, pains in stomach, metallic taste and burning on tongue and spells of dizziness. I was wondering if anyone sees this that has any of the symptoms at all if we could talk, see if I could get any advice that could help. Thanks so much.

I haven’t had those exact symptoms but I have had the dizziness, along with tingling and numbness in my hand and feet. My hearing gets distorted and my vision gets narrowed.

@KratomEater yeah I suffer the same with my hearing and eyesight, I sometimes see like black dots. Is there anything you have managed to do to make it more bearable ? Thank you so much for your reply

@Bethbot hmmm, controlled breathing has helped. I’m so scared I’ll hyperventilate I won’t let my self ever again. In through the nose out of the mouth😮‍💨 that just kept me from having massive ones. Nothing ever seemed to really fully help. But I never got treatment or meds. That being said. I was forced to control what may be causing it. My life situation was a huge part. I ended up making big changes and now they are a lot less extreme. Diet, and exercise is a huge way to manage panic attacks I think. Doesn’t matter how small you start it makes a difference. Also listening to sleep meditation on YouTube helps so much. https://youtu.be/mcD78sS9oqA

Always remember you are made from the stars. You are the same molecules of the universe! Realizing Your self worth is a huge part of healing. Think of it like this. Something has always made you different. The world is telling you that you should be on a low frequency. But your body is telling you that you are on a much higher frequency. This is why you have panic attacks. We resist this higher frequency and I think that’s where panic attacks come from. You are god. Never forget. I know it sound like some hippy dippy shit but I think at this point you’ll be open to anything. Relief is what you seek. I’m here any time you need🫶🏽
