It's become apparent to me that not everyone communicates in a structured and orderly way on text but speak in the most unprofessional way possible in person. It's also become apparent that there are small noises other people can't hear that I feel like I can hear amplified. (Buzzing sounds from lights, almost inaudible creaking, high pitched noises coming from radio static)

Having a comfort texture, or something that when you are over-stimulated or need to stim you automatically fiddle with ( pocket lining, zippers, buttons, your ears etc.)
