Undiagnosed with APS?

Antibodies in blood tests can be inconsistent. If you test positive for the antibodies once and then have another test that’s negative it doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t have the antibodies it just means the levels have fluctuated especially if you’ve been on treatment. My specialist diagnoses by running samples every 2 months for 6 months and if you test positive more than once then you have the antibodies and a diagnosis

Hi, sounds similar to me, leaves me without knowing what to think or be re tested? I guess anything autoimmune can effect the test results. Thanks for responding 🤗 💕

I think maybe I have. At first the IGG antibodies came back high which was the diagnostic marker for the condition and now I have almost normal levels of IGG meaning that I just barely fit the diagnostic criteria.
