Undiagnosed Mental Health Issues

hello, I'm max. the things I have listed such as anxiety and depression are undiagnosed but I'm working to get someone who can likely diagnose me with one of them, but it is likely I have them. I'm also not as old as it says I have to be I am a minor.

Definitely talk to your doctor, a trusted family member, or friend! Talking about it helps a lot. Therapy should be your first approach, as not everyone who struggles with these things needs medication to manage them and it can take awhile to find the med that works for you. If you have a counselor at school, use them as a resource! They can connect you with various types of support.

Meditation is the best and until you can get some medical and professional help watch some YouTube videos on how to really meditate. Yoga is good to and for anyone not just specific genders. Good luck and not to sound like a cliché but hang in there
