I don't know what's wrong with me. no doctor has been able to work it out in the past but I am working up the courage to see a new doctor but I want to have some idea what it could be so I can better advocate for myself. At first I thought chronic fatigue but the pain and nausea I experience don't align with that then I thought pots but I've tried the poor man's tilt table test multiple times and my heart rate remains normal, possibly thinking ehlers danlos but idk it just doesn't feel right. I'm gonna list some of my symptoms that I can think of off the top of my head of anyone has any ideas or things to look into it would be much appreciated. symptoms: Dizziness, lightheadedness especially after eating, brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, joint pain, muscle pain, frequent and painful pins and needles feeling, overheating/ trouble regulating temperature, random abdominal pain, headaches, heart palpitations, nausea
It's important to consult with a medical professional for a proper diagnosis. Some suggestions from the provided context include POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, or Fibromyalgia. However, only a doctor can accurately diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment for your symptoms.
