Undiagnosed Illness and the Frustration of Not Knowing

It's been like a year and half, and I'm still sick. Nobody has found a diagnosis, nobody knows whats wrong... At first everyone thought it was low iron, but I got that up and nothing change but the intensity of my headaches but I still get headaches. Then... they told me "hey your vitamin D is "low"" it was only like 3 counts below average it was just borderline low and that was like forever ago its up now, I will admit I wasn't outside much but im very much outside in the sun now but nothing has changed I just got a tan lol. I've been exercising for the past 3 weeks now, I'm getting back into that after 3 months of being down in the dumps. idk why I say all this... its just that idk whats wrong with me, I'm anxious, I'm not going to say I'm depressed because I haven't been diagnosed but I'm so MISERABLE!! I'm tired all the time, I'm excessively hungry & thirsty, I'm waking up out of my sleep because of whooshing in my ear, everything is just a mess and nobody knows whats wrong. they ruled out diabetes, iron deficiency, b12 and d3 deficiency, I don't have and csf leeks or anything, no head tumors, I got my eyes checked she said everything is fine. I hate that wored fine, everything is not fine stop tellme that bro. idk any more i just want to sleep and wake up refreshed like I use to... its so sad.
